The Challenge
Freelancers and small businesses lose real money to late payment, and much of it traces back to invoicing that is slow to send and awkward to chase. Klienta needed to:
- Make sending a professional invoice take minutes, not an afternoon
- Give a clear view of what is outstanding and how overdue
- Handle recurring clients without re-entering the same details
- Look credible enough to send to a corporate client
