General
Who we are and how we work
A digital agency established in 2026, offering web development, software development, UI/UX design, branding, digital marketing, and maintenance and support. We work specifically with SMEs, startups, schools, churches, hospitals, government agencies, and corporate organizations.
Prolink was established in 2026, so we are new. We would rather say that plainly than imply a longer history. What it means practically is that every project gets the direct attention of the people doing the work — you are not going to be handed to a junior team while the senior people chase larger accounts.
Not yet, and we are not going to fabricate a portfolio to fill the gap. The capability previews shown on our homepage are clearly labelled as concepts rather than client projects. As real work completes and clients agree to be featured, we will publish it properly.
From single-location small businesses to multi-department corporate organizations and public sector agencies. The work scales differently, but the approach — discovery first, honest scoping, direct communication — is the same.
Yes. Discovery, design reviews, and project updates all work over video call. We agree a communication rhythm at the start that accounts for time differences.
Services
What we offer and what is included
Six: Web Development, Software Development, UI/UX Design, Branding, Digital Marketing, and Maintenance & Support. That is the complete list. If you need something outside it, we will tell you rather than take the work and learn on your budget.
Yes, and it is common — branding and web development together, or design and development followed by ongoing maintenance. Combining them usually produces a more coherent result than running them as separate engagements.
Both. We can deliver design files and specifications for your own team to build, or handle design and development end to end.
That is a design requirement, not an afterthought. Routine content is set up for non-technical editing, we train your team before handover, and we leave written documentation behind.
Sometimes. We review what exists first and give you an honest assessment. If continuing would cost more than rebuilding, we will say so rather than quietly billing for the harder route.
Solutions
The sectors we build for
Seven: SMEs, startups, schools, churches, hospitals, government agencies, and corporate organizations. Each has its own page setting out the specific challenges we build around.
Because the sector determines the requirements. A school site has to serve four audiences and be updatable by a teacher. A hospital site has to be accurate enough that a wrong clinic time is a real problem. Starting from the sector produces a better result than starting from a template.
Get in touch and we will be straight with you. Much of the work transfers, but if your requirements sit well outside what we do well, we would rather say so than take on something we cannot deliver properly.
Tell us the specific requirements during discovery. We will confirm plainly what we can meet and where you would need specialist advice — we do not claim regulatory expertise we do not have.
Pricing
How projects are quoted and paid for
Because any figure we published would be wrong for most of the people reading it. The same brief can mean very different amounts of work depending on integrations, content volume, and how many audiences the site serves. We would rather have a short conversation and give you a real number than post a range that means nothing.
Request a quote or book a consultation. We will ask about scope, timeline, and what the project needs to achieve, then send a written proposal with a specific cost against a specific scope.
Projects are structured in milestones with payments tied to them, agreed in the proposal before work begins. The specific schedule is set per project rather than fixed by policy.
Scope changes are normal. We handle them with a written variation setting out what is changing and what it costs, approved before the work happens. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you did not agree to first.
Domain and hosting are ongoing regardless of who builds your site, and we set those out clearly. A maintenance arrangement is optional — we will explain what it covers so you can decide whether it is worth it for your situation.
Budget realities differ across sectors and we take that seriously. Tell us what you are working with during the consultation and we will be straight with you about what is achievable within it, rather than quoting something you cannot afford.
Process
What working with us looks like
Five stages: Discover, Plan, Design, Develop, Deliver. We understand your requirements, agree a written scope and cost, design before building, develop against the approved design, then test, launch, and support it. The process page sets out what happens at each stage.
It depends on scope, and we give you a realistic timeline in the proposal rather than a number before we understand the work. In our experience approval cycles, not development, are usually what stretches a schedule.
Most heavily during discovery and design review. Once development starts your involvement drops to milestone check-ins and feedback on the staging site. We agree the rhythm upfront so it is predictable.
Small adjustments within scope are part of the work. Anything that changes scope gets a written variation setting out the impact on cost and timeline, approved before we do it.
Yes. You get access to a staging environment during development, so issues surface while they are still cheap to fix rather than at handover.
Security
How we handle your data and ours
Submissions are sent over HTTPS, validated on the server, and stored so our team can respond to your enquiry. We only ask for what is needed to prepare a quote or arrange a consultation, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
No. There is no payment processing on this site, and no form here will ever ask for card numbers, bank details, or passwords. If you are ever asked for those on a page claiming to be us, it is not us — please tell us.
HTTPS enforced, server-side validation on every form, rate limiting to prevent abuse, restricted file upload handling, hashed credentials, and dependencies kept patched. Security is part of the build rather than an audit at the end.
You do, on completion. Code, content, domains, and hosting accounts are yours. We do not retain control of your assets as a way of retaining your business.
Enquiry details are retained only as long as they are needed to follow up, then removed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will confirm when it is done. Our privacy policy sets this out in full.
Contact
Getting in touch and what happens next
Use the contact form for a general enquiry, request a quote if you have a specific project in mind, or book a consultation if you would rather talk it through. All three reach the same team.
A quote request is for when you know roughly what you need and want a written proposal. A consultation is a conversation — useful when you are still working out what the project should be, or whether it is worth doing at all.
We aim to respond to every enquiry as quickly as we reasonably can, and we will tell you the expected timeframe when we acknowledge your message. We have deliberately not published a guaranteed response time we cannot consistently meet.
Yes. The initial consultation costs nothing and carries no obligation. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so.
No. Plenty of good projects start with a rough idea and a problem. Working out what actually needs building is part of discovery.
