Caliphate Model School

A school management system covering students, staff, and communication for a modern institution.

The school was running students, staff, and parent communication across spreadsheets and message groups, which held together until enrolment grew. They needed a system that would:

• Hold student records in one place rather than several
• Let administrative staff use it without technical training
• Keep parents informed without the office fielding every question
• Handle the concentrated load of admissions and results periods

We built a school management system shaped around how the school actually operates, rather than adapting a generic product.
